Brewing coffee while travelling or camping can be a daunting task, especially if you’re a coffee aficionado who needs their daily caffeine fix. However, with the right equipment and a little bit of know-how, it’s possible to brew a delicious cup of coffee no matter where you are. In this post, we’ll explore three different methods for brewing coffee on-the-go using a Flair 58, an AeroPress, and a coffee drip bag.

  1. Flair 58

The Flair 58 is a portable espresso maker that is perfect for brewing coffee while travelling. To use the Flair 58, you’ll need hot water and freshly ground coffee. Simply add the coffee grounds to the portafilter, tamp them down, and add hot water to the reservoir. Then, use the lever to press the water through the coffee and into the cup. The result is a delicious and rich espresso shot that can be enjoyed on its own or used as a base for a latte or cappuccino.

  1. Aeropress

The Aeropress is another great option for brewing coffee while camping or travelling. To use the Aeropress, you’ll need hot water, freshly ground coffee, and the Aeropress itself. Start by adding the coffee grounds to the Aeropress, and then pour hot water over the grounds. Let the coffee steep for a few minutes, and then use the plunger to press the coffee through the filter and into your cup. The result is a smooth and flavorful cup of coffee that is perfect for enjoying in the great outdoors.

  1. Coffee Drip Bag

If you’re looking for a more convenient option, coffee drip bags are a great choice. Simply open the package and hang the bag over your cup. Then, add hot water to the bag and let it steep for a few minutes. Once the coffee has brewed, remove the bag and enjoy your delicious cup of coffee. This method is perfect for camping trips or other situations where you don’t have access to a coffee maker or other equipment.

In conclusion, brewing coffee while travelling or camping doesn’t have to be a chore. With the right equipment and a little bit of practice, it’s possible to enjoy a delicious and satisfying cup of coffee no matter where you are. Whether you prefer the convenience of a coffee drip bag, the rich flavor of an espresso shot from the Flair 58, or the smooth taste of an Aeropress brew, there’s a method out there that will suit your needs. So next time you hit the road, be sure to pack your favorite coffee brewing equipment and enjoy a delicious cup of joe under the stars.
