They chat about what's involved from a designers perspective in setting up the perfect cafe when looking at materials, trades, budgets, time frames, architects, layout and more.
They also discuss some of the simpler things a cafe owner can do to freshen up an existing coffee shop. Some of these might include the obvious such as a simple coat of paint or crafting your own pendant light to add detail and a fresh vibe to a space.
