Artisti Coffee Roasters is currently seeking an enthusiastic person with amazing customer service skills to join us in continuously raising the bar on our specialty coffee offerings and our customers’ enjoyment of them.

 We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Account Manager / CRM to complement our team and to be a key driver in the future of Artisti Coffee Roasters. Working closely with our existing Account/Brand Manager and our Wholesale Café Partners (including cafe, restaurant, and hospitality), you will be a highly motivated specialty coffee professional with exceptional ethics, consistently delivering an 11 out of 10 in customer service and be an outstanding ambassador for the Artisti brand.


  • Drive business and ensure sustained growth by creating and maintaining a highly active wholesale pipeline; ensure the pipeline is kept up-to-date and managed in CRM
  • Seek out, build relationships with, ultimately onboard and continuously support new wholesale accounts
  • Ensure that Artisti is represented as superior quality coffee in all direct sales segments
  • Actively manage strategic accounts
  • Achieve targeted KPI’s and further identify and address areas for improvement in the Account Management process


  • Always act as outstanding Artisti brand ambassador
  • Grow and manage dynamic customer pipeline
  • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with all customers
  • Identify and actively pursue relationships with cafes, restaurants, and hospitality venues that align with our brand and quality standards
  • Respond to and cultivate inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Stay up to date on Artisti offerings and industry products
  • Partner with our social media & Marketing Team to ensure that prospective and current customers have access to resources and materials they need to well-represent the Artisti brand
  • Conduct HQ roastery tours and host product tastings in conjunction with the Head and Assistant Roasters
  • Consult existing customers and prospects on all logistical needs to best support customers and showcase our products
  • Assist with wholesale and marketing events as directed
  • Provide coffee training and Barista support on a range of coffee equipment
  • Conduct basic machine cleaning and maintenance for coffee equipment in our café partners


  • 4+ years’ experience in the specialty coffee environment with a passion for coffee
  • Confidence in utilising technology and apps in carrying out your day-to-day role
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior strategic and analytical talents
  • Outstanding organisational, planning, and time-management abilities
  • Must be approachable, mindful and positive
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly demanding and fast paced environment
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in any given situation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to be ‘on the road’ and travel outside of the Coffs Coast regularly
