In the 3rd installment of our series on Hillside Supply both Chris and Nadia visit the roastery to begin barista training. With very little coffee experience they have a whole lot to learn and making coffee isn't quite as simple as one might think. Chris and Nadia also meet their brand new La Marzocco Linea Mini espresso machine and coffee grinder for the first time and get to work on learning to use it.
