How to give the gift of a gift card

Simply select a gift card to the amount of your choice, then add it to your cart. 

Gifting a card

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a unique code for each gift card. To deliver your gift, simply share this code with your lucky recipient.

how to redeem

To redeem the gift card, the recipient can enter the code into the coupon code field on our checkout page.

• Our gift cards cannot be purchased at a discount or as part of any promotion.

• No physical card will be supplied, the image used is a mockup, not a true representation of our gift cards.

• Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at artisti.com.au and instore at 3/11 Craft Close, Toormina, NSW 2452

• Gift cards expire 3 years from the issue date.

• Your gift card will be delivered via email after order confirmation, this email contains a unique code to pass on to your recipient.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Any remaining card balance can only be redeemed the Artisti factory at 3/11 Craft Close, Toormina, NSW 2452

• Gift cards are non-transferrable.

• If a product was purchased using a gift card and returned, the value deducted from the gift card will be refunded back on to the gift card.

• Gift cards have no additional processing fees.
