Troubleshooting Coffee Machine Issues

All custom servicing requires a $55.00 inspection fee paid on delivery then deducted from total cost on pickup. This is non refundable and equates to your first 30 mins of labour, allowing us to fault find the issue and quote you for your repairs.

Our hourly rate is $110 billed in 15 minute blocks.

Unfortunately, we are unable to book exact days to service your domestic equipment. The standard turnaround will be around or less than 2 weeks. We are fully aware you can not live without your machine and great coffee at home for even a day! Our Team always strive to get your machine back to under the quoted time and keep you alive!
