Gift Wrapping

By selecting the gift wrapping option, you are agreeing to have all items in your order gift wrapped which will be packed in an Artisti branded safe travel box. Items will be well presented and wrapped in white or teal paper with a teal ribbon. No invoice will be placed inside the box. A packing slip will be inside the box, this will not display prices. The packing slip will only include details of the order including items, the buyers name and address plus the delivery address.

Our Commitment to Each Other

These Terms and Conditions explain the business arrangements between you, the customer and Artisti Coffee Roasters Pty Limited as trustee for Artisti Coffee Roasters Trust. You are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by using our website .

We can only deal with people who are at least 18years of age and living in Australia.

 

Terminology

'Customer', 'you' and 'your' refer to you or any person you are acting for.

'ARTISTI', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to Artisti Coffee Roasters Pty Limited as trustee for Artisti Coffee Roasters Trust, ABN 90 641 825 199.

'Our Website' refers to all of the hardware and software installation that supports Artisti coffee roasters website.

 

Ordering

To process your order we will need your name, delivery address and email address. We may need more information as we go through the ordering process.

You agree that email communications are contractually binding in the same way as properly signed and dated paper documents sent by post.

 

Changing your Order

We will do our best to accommodate you with a reliable and friendly service and advise that all changes to orders, after payment has been received, will need to be made by phoning us at Artisti coffee roasters on 02 6653 1182 during normal business hours. Monday to Friday 6:30am till 4:30pm.

Please also be aware that changes will incur additional freight costs if the goods have already been dispatched.

 

Paying

Upon receipt of your order, a contract is entered into between you and Artisti coffee roasters. All orders are marked pending until funds have cleared. Artisti coffee roasters accepts payment in the manner described on the website and includes payment via credit / debit cards, direct deposit. Conditions apply to 'cash on delivery' payments.

Please note, we do not accept payments by cheque.

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars only. The amounts displayed are subject to change without notice.

All orders will be issued with an invoice.

 

Availability

Unfortunately Artisti coffee roasters cannot guarantee availability of all stock at all times but will endeavor to maintain stock levels of products advertised on our website. If unavailable a suitable replacement will be recommended before delivery takes place, if contact cannot be made with the customer within 7 days a suitable replacement will be supplied.

 

Intellectual Property

Artisti coffee roasters owns or licenses material on our website (including photographs, graphics, text, logos, icons and software) in which copyright subsists. You may not in any form or by any means: reproduce, adapt, store, print, distribute, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of our website unless we give you written permission. Any information, products or services obtained from any part of our website may not be commercialised.

Goods sold by us are covered by manufactures quality, merchantability and fitness for purpose as set out on the product’s packaging.

Amendments

Artisti coffee roasters reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the our website will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms & Conditions. Any changes to our Terms & Conditions become effective immediately.

 

Governing Laws

In the event that a dispute arises between you and Artisti coffee roasters in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a contract has been entered into through the purchase of goods, you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in mediation prior to the commencement of any arbitration or litigation

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Australia, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

The entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof is embodied on this agreement and no other agreement relative hereto shall bind either party herein.

Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Having said all this, we are committed to supplying quality coffee at an affordable price and providing you with reliable and friendly service. Thank you and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship for us all.

Coffee Delivery

All orders for coffee, including your first subscription charge will be dispatched within 24-48 hours and existing recurring subscription charges will occur Sundays*, roasted fresh and dispatched Monday*. Our partnered courier company will provide tracking in an email once dispatched. Orders are not dispatched and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State. Delivery services are currently limited to Australia only. Please allow 3-4 business days for NSW and 7- 10 business days for interstate arrival.

*We reserves the right to hold any orders and choose/change any delivery service.

Once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. With our nominated Courier Service we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. The courier company cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If no one is present to accept the delivery, a slip may be left in the mailbox so that you can negotiate a suitable arrangement for final delivery or collection. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier directly. You may also get in touch with us. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
