If you take a drive down Park Street in Port Macquarie and stop off at the Marina and you're likely to stumble across the amazing Seasalt Cafe & Restaurant. Seasalt is family owned and operated and it boasts numerous awards for it's food, service and coffee. Seating at the rear of the restaurant offers some of the most picturesque scenery in Port Macquarie with views right across the marina.
They are a fully licensed venue and all of their food is made from fresh local produce with plenty of family favourites on offer. Seasalt have changing specials where you are sure to find something that will excite the taste buds.
At Seasalt they use our 'champion' coffee blend which is the most common blend found among Artisti Cafe Partners as well as 'placebo' for the decaf option. On their espresso bar you'll find the baristas using a La Marzocco Linea PB 2 group espresso machine along with an Anfim SP2 to grind our champion blend and a Mazzer Kony to grind placebo decaf. They are also using a PuqPress automatic tamper to tamp their coffee which aids in consistency.
