For the last three years we've been collaborating with the crew at New England Brewing Co. to produce some very delicious coffee stout. This year New England decided to change it up a little and add some almond into the brewing process. It's added a new dimension to the flavour, only subtle but the results are a smooth, very tasty stout that beer fans will love. A couple of weeks ago we traveled up to Uralla to spend the day with the guys there as they canned their first batch of beer. It was a great little day trip for us and we've put up a video to show a little of what we got up to and share some insights into the brewing process that hopefully you'll find quite interesting.
