Have you heard of Third Wave Water? It's an additive which you can add to your water to change and supposedly improve the taste of your coffee.
In the video Luke runs a test using a Rocket R Nine One where he samples and tastes a coffee made using water from his home supply which is heavily filtered rain water that has most of the minerals and other elements stripped out of it. Luke then makes a coffee where he adds Third Wave Water additives which put back in those minerals, salts and elements which they claim make coffee taste much better.
