Barista Basics Training

Due to high demand & limited staff, we have had to reduce the number of training sessions available. We thank you for your patience.
1.5 hour session.
One on one training.
In our training room, located at our roastery 3/11 Craft Close, Toormina, NSW 2452 Australia.
Session times are 10am or 12pm Tuesday, Thursday or Friday - Booking Essential.
This one on one course will cover basic grinding, dosing, extractions, milk frothing and latte art.
No experience on coffee required.
All equipment, milk and coffee provided.
You can bring your own home machine & grinder if you'd like. You'll just need to give prior notice and arrive 30 minutes before booking to start heating your machine.
$129.00 - paid on the day.


Advanced Barista Training

2 hours
One on one intensive training
In our training room, located at our roastery 3/11 Craft Close, Toormina, NSW 2452 Australia.
Times available on request - Booking Essential.
Completion of our basic commercial barista training is required prior.
This course is designed to take your barista skills to the next level through speed, consistency, work flow, understanding extractions and advanced latte art. You'll spend 2 hours with our advanced trainers and get an in-depth look into how to make premium coffee on the best commercial equipment. 
All equipment, milk and coffee provided.
$220.00 - paid on the day.
