This coffee is a classic Yirgacheffe gem, sweet, citrusy, with a crisp mouthfeel and a long, tropical fruit finish.
Grown high in the Yirgacheffe mountains and processed at the renowned Halo washing station, this lot comes from 170 small farms dedicated to quality. Expert pickers select only ripe cherries, which are then washed and dried slowly on raised African beds over 15–20 days for consistency.
Expect vibrant notes of citrus, black tea, and peach, everything we love about Yirgacheffe.
