Colombia - Huitaca 

Huitaca has a delicate profile, bright acidity, medium body, sweet notes, and a fruity, caramel aroma.

PROCESS = Fully washed

 Guatemala - Sierra Madre

Sierra Madre is sweet and clean. This coffee is well balanced with a floral aroma, pleasant acidity and notes of citrus.

REGION = Huehuetenango

PROCESS = Fully washed 

ALTITUDE = 1700 MASL

 Papua New Guinea - Asaro 

Nippy lime and blackcurrant acid dominate the cup. Full coating mouthfeel, caramel and milk chocolate to finish. 

CUP SCORE = 82.25+

REGION = Eastern and Western highlands 

PROCESS = Fully washed 

ALTITUDE = 1400 - 2200 MASL

 Brazil - Santos 

Honey and sweet almond notes upfront, lingering milk chocolate and malt to finish. 

CUP SCORE = 81.75+

 REGION = Minas Gerias and Sao Paulo

PROCESS = Washed 

ALTITUDE = 800 - 1000 MASL 

Ethiopia - Sidamo 

 Delicate black tea, honey, lemon and black tea florals. A full heavy texture carries through to a long dark chocolate finish.

REGION = Sidamo, Oromia 

PROCESS = Fully washed 

ALTITUDE = 1400 - 2200 MASL
