• Magnetic accessories: Strong neodymium magnets securely hold the stainless-steel dosing cup and the dose finisher. The dosing cup is designed to fit 58mm portafilters.

• Stepless mode: For those who want infinite control to dial in the perfect shot, the Philos can be converted into a stepless grinder.

Zero Retention

Both sets are great for various brewing methods and are made from high-quality, food-safe stainless steel to prevent oxidation and moisture damage. They are also factory-seasoned, so they're ready to perform from day one.

• I200D (factory-fitted): These innovative burrs create a very uniform particle size with low fines, resulting in outstanding flavor clarity. They are ideal for enhancing pleasant acidity and fruity notes in your coffee.

• I189D (available upon request): An evolution of the iconic Mazzer Mini burrs, these are the right choice if you're seeking a full-bodied extraction with a rich, velvety mouthfeel. They are easy to dial in and work exceptionally well with medium to dark roasts, making them perfect for traditional Italian espresso.
