Shipping and Handling

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, from our roastery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please always check your tracking details for an estimated arrival date.

Orders received after 11 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders below $200: Enjoy shipping from just $10.95.
WA, NT & Tas
: Enjoy shipping from just $15.90 for orders under $200.

Orders over $200: Free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200!*

*Free shipping does not apply to home coffee machines and grinders, green beans, bulky items and commercial equipment.

Grinder/small accessory: $15 shipping for most states. $20 shipping for WA, NT & Tas
Home coffee Machine: $30 shipping for most states. $35 shipping for WA, NT & Tas

Please note:
During major sale events, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and End of Financial Year Sales (EOFY), the free shipping threshold is increased to $250 (instead of the usual $200).

Drop Shipping

To serve you better in the fast-paced world of online shopping, we offer drop shipping for certain items. This service is provided in good faith, based on our suppliers' information that they have adequate stock to fulfill orders and ship directly to you. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your order may be split into two shipments:

  1. From Artisti Coffee Roasters: This includes small accessories, coffee, and in-stock items. It will be shipped within 48 hours (on business days) after your order is placed.

  2. From our supplier: You will receive a separate shipping notification to track this parcel.

Most products from Lelit, Breville, and Baratza are shipped directly from Breville due to their excellent drop shipping process and stock availability. The expected delivery time for these items is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Postal Arrangements

Artisti Coffee Roasters uses Australia Post, Aramex, and TNT to deliver orders across Australia.

We reserve the right to adjust the postage charge calculated at checkout if it differs significantly from the actual shipping cost. We do not charge any handling fees.

Customers are responsible for any freight costs incurred from a refused shipment, re-delivery fees (if you are not home to accept delivery), or unclaimed goods.

Freight costs are shown on the checkout page. As we use third-party couriers, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods if the fault lies with the delivery agent. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees to Artisti Coffee Roasters.

If goods are damaged or a warranty claim is made, all items must be returned to us for assessment before a claim can be approved for an exchange or refund.

We strongly recommend you consider taking out shipping insurance for your peace of mind. As the cost of many of our products is low (around $100 or less), insurance is often not cost-effective. The decision to purchase insurance is the customer's responsibility.
