The Office Control uses a volumetric touch pad to program your coffee selections so that you receive a consistent coffee every time.

The Office Control have 2.75 litre water tank, copper boiler with 1.5 litre capacity with heat exchanger and a large 2000 watt heating element for unlimited hot water and steam production, delivered from one steam tap and one hot water tap.

The Office Control model deliver cafe quality coffee via a traditional E61 group head which weighs 4.2Kg and is made completely of brass and has been chrome plated.

Shipping and Handling

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, from our roastery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please always check your tracking details for an estimated arrival date.

Orders received after 11 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Drop Shipping
To serve you better in the fast-paced world of online shopping, we offer drop shipping for certain items. This service is provided in good faith, based on our suppliers' information that they have adequate stock to fulfill orders and ship directly to you. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your order may be split into two shipments:

From Artisti Coffee Roasters: This includes small accessories, coffee, and in-stock items. It will be shipped within 48 hours (on business days) after your order is placed.
From our supplier: You will receive a separate shipping notification to track this parcel.

Most products from Lelit, Breville, and Baratza are shipped directly from Breville due to their excellent drop shipping process and stock availability. The expected delivery time for these items is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
