The Rocket Doppia is designed to produce quality and consistent results for a high volume environment. Doppia is a dual boiler, fully saturated group espresso machine, with clever engineering that will outperform most in its class.

An innovative dry steam technology has been built into Doppia, which heats the steam path to ensure minimal condensation. The result, a crisp dry steam from activation.

Pressure transducer-controlled service boiler offers ultimate steam pressure recovery, alongside PID controlled brew boiler for optimum temperature stability, meeting the demands of the highest performing venues.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Handling

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, from our roastery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please always check your tracking details for an estimated arrival date.

Orders received after 11 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders Below $150: Enjoy shipping from just $10.95

Orders Over $150: Free shipping Australia-wide*
*Free shipping does not apply to home coffee machines and grinders, green beans, bulky items and commercial equipment.

Flat Rate Shipping
- Coffee Machines $35 for most states.
- Grinders $15 for most states.
- Green Beans $10.95 (Up to 3kg)
For all other items not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please Note:
During major sale events, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and End of Financial Year Sales (EOFS), the free shipping threshold is increased to $200 (instead of the usual $150).

Drop Shipping
To serve you better in the fast-paced world of online shopping, we offer drop shipping for certain items. This service is provided in good faith, based on our suppliers' information that they have adequate stock to fulfill orders and ship directly to you. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your order may be split into two shipments:

From Artisti Coffee Roasters: This includes small accessories, coffee, and in-stock items. It will be shipped within 48 hours (on business days) after your order is placed.
From our supplier: You will receive a separate shipping notification to track this parcel.

Most products from Lelit, Breville, and Baratza are shipped directly from Breville due to their excellent drop shipping process and stock availability. The expected delivery time for these items is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
