Huitaca has a delicate profile, bright acidity, medium body, sweet notes, and a fruity, caramel aroma.

Sierra Madre is sweet and clean. This coffee is well balanced with a floral aroma, pleasant acidity and notes of citrus.

Honey and sweet almond notes upfront, lingering milk chocolate and malt to finish.

Ethiopia - Sidamo
Delicate black tea, honey, lemon and black tea florals. A full heavy texture carries through to a long dark chocolate finish.
