How to give the gift of a gift card

Purchasing

Simply select a gift card to the amount of your choice, then add it to your cart.

Gifting a card

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a unique code for each gift card. To deliver your gift, simply share this code with your lucky recipient.

How to redeem

To redeem the gift card, the recipient can enter the code into the coupon code field on our checkout page.

Our gift cards cannot be purchased at a discount or as part of any promotion.
No physical card will be supplied, the image used is a mockup, not a true representation of our gift cards.

Gift cards expire 3 years from the issue date.
Your gift card will be delivered via email after order confirmation, this email contains a unique code to pass on to your recipient.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Any remaining card balance can only be redeemed the Artisti factory at 3/11 Craft Close, Toormina, NSW 2452
Gift cards are non-transferrable.
If a product was purchased using a gift card and returned, the value deducted from the gift card will be refunded back on to the gift card.
Gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Handling

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, from our roastery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please always check your tracking details for an estimated arrival date.

Orders received after 11 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders Below $150: Enjoy shipping from just $10.95

Orders Over $150: Free shipping Australia-wide*
*Free shipping does not apply to home coffee machines and grinders, green beans, bulky items and commercial equipment.

Flat Rate Shipping
- Coffee Machines $35 for most states.
- Grinders $15 for most states.
- Green Beans $10.95 (Up to 3kg)
For all other items not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please Note:
During major sale events, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and End of Financial Year Sales (EOFS), the free shipping threshold is increased to $200 (instead of the usual $150).

Drop Shipping
To serve you better in the fast-paced world of online shopping, we offer drop shipping for certain items. This service is provided in good faith, based on our suppliers' information that they have adequate stock to fulfill orders and ship directly to you. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your order may be split into two shipments:

From Artisti Coffee Roasters: This includes small accessories, coffee, and in-stock items. It will be shipped within 48 hours (on business days) after your order is placed.
From our supplier: You will receive a separate shipping notification to track this parcel.

Most products from Lelit, Breville, and Baratza are shipped directly from Breville due to their excellent drop shipping process and stock availability. The expected delivery time for these items is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
