We really love a good Ethiopian coffee, especially one roasted to brew as a filter coffee, perfect for pour over or drip brewer. This lot is a classic Guji with sweet floral notes and light body. A washed process coffee, it is pulped and fermented in water to remove the sticky mucilage then dried on African raised beds. These JARC cultivars are bred for resilience and cup quality and grown under shade.
