Established in 1958 by Dr Jorge Vides, Finca La Bolsa has been producing standout coffees from pristine Caturra and Bourbon trees.
Now under the stewardship of third generation produce0r, Renardo Ovalle, the farm has been divided into different lots, each with unique characteristics—a combination of soil type, location, ground cover, shade, and ecosystem balance.
The La Danta lot has been taken from three varieties and processed using the natural method. The resulting cup is complex, structured and sweet, a delight from crop to cup.
