With its 75mm flat titanium burrs, a powerful motor, micrometric adjustments, and temperature control, the Victoria Arduino Mythos MY75 makes a fantastic commercial grinder that gives your full control over one of the most important parameters in making good coffee.

Precise results

The Mythos MY75 delivers uniform grounds at up to 3.5 grams per second thanks to its 75 mm flat burrs and powerful motor. Its micrometric adjustment and timed dosing also make it a breeze to dial in the precise requirements for your recipes. You can also set the grinding temperature between 20-50 degrees Celsius to bring out the best from your beans.

Last but not the least, the clump crusher positioned at the outlet spout helps distribute fluffy coffee grounds onto the portafilter, eliminating the need for a separate distributor.

Easy operations and maintenance

All of the Mythos MY75’s functionalities can be adjusted, set, and viewed through its impressive touchscreen which is also designed with tactile buttons. This commercial grinder is sleeker than the rest and has clean lines all throughout so it can neatly fit into any space or even side by side with other Mythos grinder.

The machine also has fewer components and fewer screws to manipulate so you can open your grinder and clean it more easily.

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, from our roastery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please always check your tracking details for an estimated arrival date.

Orders received after 11 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Please Note:
During major sale events, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and End of Financial Year Sales (EOFS), the free shipping threshold is increased to $200 (instead of the usual $150).

Drop Shipping
To serve you better in the fast-paced world of online shopping, we offer drop shipping for certain items. This service is provided in good faith, based on our suppliers' information that they have adequate stock to fulfill orders and ship directly to you. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your order may be split into two shipments:

From Artisti Coffee Roasters: This includes small accessories, coffee, and in-stock items. It will be shipped within 48 hours (on business days) after your order is placed.
From our supplier: You will receive a separate shipping notification to track this parcel.

Most products from Lelit, Breville, and Baratza are shipped directly from Breville due to their excellent drop shipping process and stock availability. The expected delivery time for these items is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
