The coffees of Café Solís & Cordero are produced across 40 hectares of lush, elevated farms in the Los Santos region of Costa Rica. They are at the cutting edge of processing techniques, meticulously separating lots and paying close attention to all steps of the fermentation and drying process. The results are immaculate, clean and expressive coffees that speak of their location.
This coffee is naturally processed anaerobically and slowly dried resulting in a cup with notes of wine, blackcurrant and cacao nibs. As an espresso it is rich and mouthfilling but delicately balanced. In milk, sweet fruit notes dominate with a smooth milk chocolate finish.
