The Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato FAST represents the next evolution of one of Rocket’s most iconic home machines where refined Italian design meets faster performance and enhanced usability. Meaning “breathtaking,” the Mozzafiato lives up to its name with a striking new form inspired by classic automotive design and engineered for the modern home barista.

Reimagined in collaboration with V12 Design, the Mozzafiato FAST features optimised proportions and die-cast side panels that deliver both visual strength and functional durability. Every detail has been considered to create a machine that feels as solid as it looks bringing together Rocket’s passion for design, coffee, and craftsmanship.

Built for speed, the Mozzafiato FAST introduces a rapid heat-up system, reaching brewing readiness in as little as 12 minutes. A colour-changing readiness indicator keeps you informed, so you know exactly when the machine is ready to perform.

At its core, a heat exchanger system paired with PID temperature control ensures stable brewing and steaming performance, while a new electronic platform gives you greater control over machine parameters. The integrated OLED display provides real-time feedback on shot times, temperatures, and system status bringing precision and transparency to every extraction.

Ergonomically designed for seamless workflow, the Mozzafiato FAST features redesigned steam and water taps, a new group head, and a refined user interface ensuring every interaction feels natural, efficient, and consistent.

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday, from our roastery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please always check your tracking details for an estimated arrival date.

Orders received after 11 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Drop Shipping
To serve you better in the fast-paced world of online shopping, we offer drop shipping for certain items. This service is provided in good faith, based on our suppliers' information that they have adequate stock to fulfill orders and ship directly to you. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your order may be split into two shipments:

From Artisti Coffee Roasters: This includes small accessories, coffee, and in-stock items. It will be shipped within 48 hours (on business days) after your order is placed.
From our supplier: You will receive a separate shipping notification to track this parcel.

Most products from Lelit, Breville, and Baratza are shipped directly from Breville due to their excellent drop shipping process and stock availability. The expected delivery time for these items is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
